Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Engineer to manage and coordinate internal Process Development projects.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in project management or a lead technical role, with profound knowledge of project management processes, methods, and tools. Proficient time, risk, stakeholder, and change management skills are also required.
Main Responsibilities
* Project Management: Define project scope, deliverables, and major milestones in partnership with stakeholders.
* Project Requirements: Define project requirements, priorities, and timeline.
* Budgeting: Prepare budget based on scope of work and track project costs.
* Resource Planning: Forecast resources needed to meet the project timeline and assemble a project team with the appropriate skills.
* Leadership: Provide the project team directions to ensure alignment and commitment to the project.
* Communication: Establish and maintain appropriate project governance to ensure communication and flow of information.
* Schedule Management: Develop a detailed project schedule and activity list with the project team to track activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Educational Background: B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or any related branch of study or technical apprenticeship.
* Experience: 8+ years of experience in project management or a lead technical role.
* Knowledge: Profound knowledge of project management processes, methods, and tools is required.
