Description

o Responsible for full life cycle recruitment.
o Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition Partner, working closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to align on recruitment needs and strategies.
o Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process
o Collaborate on job descriptions and ensure postings receive maximum visibility across relevant platforms.
o Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, industry associations, employee referrals, and other relevant channels.
o Conduct candidate screening and interviews, both virtually and in-person.
o Facilitate alignment and debrief sessions with hiring teams, providing expert guidance to support informed hiring decisions.
o Provide market insights and talent intelligence to help hiring managers understand competitive trends.
o Extend, negotiate, and finalize competitive offers in alignment with internal compensation structures and market benchmarks.
o Maintain and provide recruitment reports to track progress, key metrics, and hiring trends.
o Recruitment of Manufacturing, Lab Technicians, Sr. Lab Technicians, QC Analytical Scientists profiles, from junior to senior positions, from temporary to permanent contracts
o Use the ATS (iCIMS) of the company;
o Actively participate in helping to streamlining the recruitment strategy; coordinate with different departments to improve Talent Acquisition processes;
o Assist HR BP with onboarding processes;
o Ensure compliance with local and international Employment laws and regulations.
Profile

o Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition in Switzerland;
+ Experience with a range of interview techniques, including competency-based and experience-based questioning
+ Strong relationship-building skills with a solution-oriented and consultative approach.
+ Proven experience in talent sourcing, pipeline development, and candidate engagement strategies beyond traditional methods.
+ International recruitment experience and ability to address cross-cultural hiring challenges.
+ Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and recruitment best practices.
+ Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
o Experience in the Lifescience sector
+ Knowledge of the CDMO industry, including its distinct service-oriented mindset (as opposed to a traditional pharma mindset)
o Manufacturing site recruitment experience across all levels is highly desired.
o French and English speaking (fluent C1 levels), German is a plus;
o A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field;
o Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition practices and Swiss law;
+ Understanding of the legal requirements around reference checks in Switzerland
+ Ability to interpret Swiss Work Certificates
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
o Calm and collected demeanour and strong organisational skills;
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team
