As part of our development in Switzerland, we are recruiting an Automation Engineer whose mission will be:
* Manage automation projects for production equipment, utilities, or building management systems from URS to completion.
* Conduct functional analysis to define system requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
* Oversee the execution of FAT, SAT, qualification and validation activities.
* Review and validate engineering documentation related to automation systems.
* Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely and compliant delivery of automation solutions.
* Monitor and manage Change Control processes in compliance with industry regulations.
* Ensure the integration and optimization of automation systems, particularly those from Honeywell, Neuberger, and Siemens.
* Provide technical support and expertise to project teams and clients.
Required Profile:
* Degree in automation engineering or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation within GMP environments.
* Strong knowledge of automation systems from Honeywell, Neuberger, and Siemens.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in English is mandatory; German is a strong asset.
