PpWe are supporting a growing Biotech as they continue a period of success with an increasingly complex product portfolio. They are searching for a senior QC leader who can be a pivotal part of their Quality department by providing scientific input, and people leadership. The role covers analytical lab leadership, as well as management of external vendors, whilst helping coordinate cross-functional projects. The position combines strong scientific expertise with a proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAct as the scientific expert providing oversight of analytical activities for external vendors. /liliAssess analytical data, OOS/OOT investigations, deviations, and change controls /liliSupport the development and implementation of analytical control strategies throughout the product lifecycle /liliEnsure alignment of QC deliverables with project plans, regulatory timelines, and business objectives /liliWork closely with cross-functional teams to integrate analytical considerations into overall project strategy and planning /liliTravel to CMO sites (when necessary) to support troubleshooting, technical discussions, and analytical investigations /li /ulh3Experience/Qualifications /h3ulliProven experience with analytical method transfer and validation activities. /lili8+ Years in Quality Control and analytical development. /liliSolid knowledge of relevant guidelines and regulations, including: GMP, ICH Q1, Q2, Q3A/B/C/D /liliMSc or PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related discipline /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
