Finance Assistant (40%)
We are looking for a motivated Finance Assistant to join our Operational Finance and Risk Management team. In this role, you will support global financial reporting activities and contribute to maintaining accurate and well‑structured financial data across our offices in Europe and North America.
As part of our commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment, this role requires working fully on‑site.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Compile and organize financial data from various internal and external sources.
* Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
* Maintain and update financial records and documentation.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and verify relevant financial information.
* Support the team with ad‑hoc financial reports and analyses as requested.
* Contribute to ensuring transparency and consistency in financial reporting processes.
* You will communicate primarily in English, our corporate language.
Requirements
* Student Status: Currently enrolled in a university or higher education institution.
* Language Skills: Fluent in English (C1); German (C1) is also required.
* Technical Skills: Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel) and digital tools for document management.
* Professional Experience: Initial professional experience (up to 2 years) is a plus, ideally in a finance‑related role.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Keen attention to detail and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.
