Strategic Project Manager (50% to start)
someone capable of
turning vision into action

driving cross-functional projects

advancing multiple strategic initiatives
in parallel, within a dynamic, creative, and fast-evolving environment.
Your Mission
As a key partner to the Founder & CEO, you will:
* Structure, plan and coordinate the execution of strategic projects (CRM implementation, sponsorships, editorial & digital initiatives...).
* Translate high-level ideas into clear, actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
* Align stakeholders (consultants, partners, internal team) and ensure efficient collaboration and progress tracking.
* Monitor KPIs, anticipate risks and provide regular, synthetic reporting to the management.
* Contribute to business cases and identify opportunities to enhance value creation across projects.
Profile
You are a strategist who knows how to execute. You bring structure without slowing things down. You understand business models, not just tasks.
* 7–12 years of experience in project management, consulting or business operations.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
* Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
* Familiarity with CRM or digital transformation projects (functional, not necessarily technical).
* Excellent communication and synthesis skills you know how to make complex simple.
* Fluent in French and English.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, intellectual curiosity, and high personal standards.
* Swiss work permit (or eligibility to work in Switzerland) is mandatory.
* This freelance or Swiss portage-based collaboration will start at
50%
, with the potential to evolve as projects expand.
