As an Assistant Manager, you support the Store Manager in the daily management of the store and actively contribute to commercial performance, team leadership, and excellent customer experience, in line with Stradivarius and Inditex standards .
Commercial Responsibilities
Analyze store performance and implement actions to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Monitor sales, stock levels, and deliveries in collaboration with the team
Ensure optimal execution of commercial and visual priorities
Guarantee a dynamic, modern customer experience aligned with the Stradivarius brand identity
Support the Store Manager in team organization and coordination
Lead, motivate, and support the team on the shop floor
Participate in team training and development
Provide regular feedback and contribute to a positive working environment
Apply brand visual guidelines
Ensure daily maintenance of VM standards
Guarantee an attractive and commercial product presentation
Adapt visual priorities according to performance and customer flow
Organization & Operations
Participate in staff planning and daily store operations
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety regulations, and Inditex standards
Act as a reliable link between the store team and the Store Manager
Profile Required
Proven experience in retail, ideally in the fashion industry
First experience in a management role or as a team leader
Strong commercial mindset and customer orientation
Natural leadership, team spirit, and adaptability
