We are looking for a technically skilled and driven individual to join our Quality Management department!
Recording, documenting, and managing errors, deviations, and quality defects in our CAQ software
Analysis of root causes in collaboration with the relevant departments (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagram, 8D method)
Technical and organizational support in identifying measures through the use of appropriate quality tools, as well as technical and product expertise
Initiating, coordinating, and monitoring emergency, corrective, and preventive measures in collaboration with the relevant departments
Preparation of quality reports (e.g., 8D) and analyses such as quality metrics and defect rates
You are: Training as a quality assurance technician or a technician with additional training in quality assurance
Experience in quality assurance or customer complaint management
Knowledge of quality methods and problem-solving techniques
Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, ERP/CAQ systems
