Your Role
As a Technical Lead Software Engineer at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you are passionate about building crafted, scalable, efficient, and sustainable software, providing cutting-edge, high-quality digital experiences to our internal and external clients.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead the technical design and implementation of robust, scalable systems using the latest market technologies.
* Design and implement extensions to the existing e-banking back-end solution.
* Refactor and optimize the current codebase to improve robustness, scalability, and maintainability.
* Migrate to new technologies, platforms, and language features, ensuring seamless adoption and ongoing updates.
* Provide guidance, training, and feedback to foster skill growth and team excellence.
Your Profile
* Higher education (university / FH) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or completed apprenticeship or similar banking education.
* 10 years of practical experience in Senior Software Engineering using C#.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server including T-SQL and .NET 8.0.
* Ability to work with various stakeholders.
* Hands-on mentality as well as willingness to take responsibility.
* Capability to work independently as well as under pressure.
* Fluency in English.
