An established Swiss industrial company with deep technical expertise is expanding its commercial team. With decades of experience, the organization operates in three core areas: clamping tools, spherical components, and EDO (Engineered-to-Order) solutions. Its Delémont site serves as the production hub for clamping tools and spherical elements, while also acting as the European support center for U.S.-manufactured components, ensuring seamless client service within the European time zone.

Your Role

As Sales and Technical Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth across French-speaking Switzerland and Northern Europe. You’ll spend 50–80% of your time on-site with clients, supporting their technical needs and building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define and execute commercial strategies tailored to product and market segments
2. Identify new clients, manage leads, and conduct customer visits
3. Provide technical advice and develop customized proposals
4. Monitor market trends and competitor activity
5. Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements
6. Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships
Your Profile
1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (Master’s degree is a plus)
2. 5–10 years of experience in technical sales, ideally in the machine tools or industrial equipment sector
3. Ability to navigate complex sales processes and translate technical needs into solutions
4. Fluent in French and English; German is a strong plus
5. Confident communicator, both written and spoken
6. Willing to travel frequently across Switzerland and Northern Europe
7. EU/EFTA nationality required (work permit support available for eligible candidates)
