Your responsibilities
Business development
* Identify opportunities, win over the right clients, and build strong relationships.
* Manage and develop a client portfolio.
* Respond to calls for tenders and prepare commercial proposals.
* Sell expertise services and projects.
* Ensure the follow-up of assignments and client satisfaction.
Recruitment
* Actively participate in the recruitment of consultants in conjunction with internal recruiters.
* Identify profiles that match client needs and Qim info’s DNA.
* Present assignments in an attractive and transparent manner.
* Contribute to the integration of new employees and support them in the field.
Supporting consultants
* Monitor consultants on assignment: regular updates, career development.
* Participate in internal events (Tech Talks, welcome evenings).
Collaboration with internal teams
* Work closely with recruiters to identify the right profiles.
* Collaborate with the center of expertise to identify customer needs and respond to project tenders.
Required profile
* Higher education (business, engineering, or university).
* Successful experience in IT services sales in an IT services company (minimum 8 years).
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Autonomy, rigor, entrepreneurial spirit, team spirit.
* Good knowledge of the local market (Zurich and Basel).
* Fluency in English and German; Swiss German is a big asset.
