As a Business Development Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic development and sales growth of our Business Incubator.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and facilitate direct market development. You will also be responsible for translating our technology roadmap into tangible outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
* Strategic Business Opportunities:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential partners, market trends, and emerging technologies.
2. Further develop a deep understanding of the target market and competitive landscape.
3. Monitor and analyze trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Stay up-to-date on technological advancements and best practices to support informed strategic decision-making.
* Networking with Technology Partners:
1. Actively engage with technology partners, such as software vendors, hardware manufacturers, and start-ups, to establish mutually beneficial relationships.
2. Attend industry events, conferences, trade shows, and start-up events to identify potential partners.
3. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in the (start-up-) technology ecosystem to leverage their expertise, gain insights into market trends, and explore potential synergies.
* Sales and Revenue Generation:
1. Develop and support sales strategies for existing and new Business Units to drive revenue growth and build new business based on technology.
2. Identify potential customers, engage with them to understand their needs, and present our products/services as solutions.
3. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration:
1. Closely collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
* Relationship Management:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
2. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their evolving needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Requirements Profile
* A Master's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
* In-depth knowledge of the high-tech start-up ecosystem, emerging technologies, and market trends.
* Proven work experience in business and/or strategic development within the international high-tech start-up industrial domain.
* Experience in leading, developing, and integrating start-ups.
* Passion for technology, disruptive/radical innovation, digitalization, and data value engineering.
* A personality with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and networking skills.
