Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of property professionals in technical, business, and personnel aspects, driving organizational excellence.
* Provide expert guidance on complex property management issues and take ownership of high-priority operations.
* Manage properties across the region, ensuring seamless delivery of our national standards.
* Represent ownership in intricate property law matters and collaborate closely with stakeholders on strategic projects.
* Oversee project development and repositioning of properties, aligning with yield requirements for leasing.
* Develop and implement cost-effective strategies for your area/region.
* Initiate and manage projects for technical development, monitoring deadlines, costs, and quality.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in managerial roles within property management or evaluation (e.g., real estate fiduciary administration) in CREM or PREM, especially in commercial properties.
* Higher education with specialization in real estate (e.g., master's in property management / Real Estate Management).
* Deep understanding of real estate law (lease, contractual, and fiscal law) and strong analytical and conceptual skills.
* Negotiation skills, systemic thinking, business acumen, and a customer-centric approach are essential.
* Excellent knowledge of Italian and good oral proficiency in French.
* Ability to travel regularly within your region and hold a category B driving license.
