PpJob Title: I2C DS Collection Dispute Management Team Lead (DePuy Synthes) /p pLocation: Zug, Switzerland /p pJob Category: People Leader /p h3Job Description /h3 pThis role is part of the Global Services Finance team in the Invoice to Cash process area, responsible for collections and dispute management leadership for specific business MRCs and markets. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn strategic management of customer collections and open receivables for complex high-value accounts. /li liInfluence and drive desired customer payment behavior to optimize cash flow, improve days sales outstanding (DSO) and mitigate credit risk. /li liLead performance management of collection KPIs against service level agreements (SLAs), identifying gaps and driving corrective actions. /li liPerform advanced accounts receivable forecasting, trend analysis and root-cause analysis to anticipate risks and enable proactive portfolio management. /li liProvide senior-level oversight and decision making on sales order releasing activities within defined authority limits, escalating risks as appropriate. /li liOwn end-to-end dispute lifecycle for a portfolio of strategically important, high-risk or high-revenue customer accounts, from investigation through resolution and financial posting. /li liAct as a senior subject-matter expert for complex, non-standard or escalated disputes, leveraging deep functional and business knowledge. /li liManage and oversee non-disputed credits, revenue adjustments and reconciliation activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely resolution. /li liProvide expert guidance, escalation leadership and solutioning support to internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer and revenue issues. /li liParticipate in or lead customer-facing negotiations to resolve disputes, protect revenue and strengthen long-term customer relationships. /li liProactively identify, prioritize and execute process improvement opportunities, leverage available technology and tools, and ensure sustained audit readiness and controls compliance. /li liServe as a key strategic partner to Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, Deliver Revenue and Finance teams to drive end-to-end I2C effectiveness. /li liAct as a trusted advisor and escalation point for internal stakeholders on collections, disputes, revenue and customer risk matters. /li liInfluence cross-functional decision making by providing insights, recommendations and risk assessments. /li liSupport leadership through advanced analysis, executive-ready reporting and high-impact special projects as required. /li /ul h3Key Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related discipline (minimum); CPA, CMA, MBA, or other financial certifications preferred. /li li4-6 years of relevant work experience in end-to-end Invoice to Cash processes, especially collections and dispute management. /li liStrong customer engagement skills, including ability to manage difficult customers for both internal and external stakeholders. /li liAdvanced negotiation and communication skills. /li liCapable of shaping and defining solutions and strategies for customer portfolios. /li liAble to support and prepare foundational analysis for evidence-based decision making. /li liPresent results and strategies to senior leadership. /li liChange-management skills preferred. /li /ul h3Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities /h3 ul liFluent in English (oral and written). /li liTechnology proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. /li liStrong collaboration, influencing and communication skills with a strategic mindset. /li /ul h3Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities /h3 ul liKnowledge of SAP systems. /li liForeign language capability. /li liExperience in BPO or shared-services centre of a multinational corporation. /li liDigital/intelligent automation capabilities. /li /ul h3Equal Employment Opportunity /h3 pJohnson Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
