Your Responsibilities:
* Point of contact for space and its services, including AV
* Catering
* Invoice management in the Office Service area
* Supplier Management, Safety and Guideline Management, etc.
Your Skills:
* Proficiency in Outlook
* Experience with reservation software for the hotel industry
* Nice to have: Commercial and analytical knowledge, openness to new technologies, quick comprehension, team-oriented with responsibility and deputizing skills, Gastronomy or FM skills.
* Fluency in German and English is required
