Based in our Baar, Switzerland corporate office, you will drive segmentation and data-led lead generation across the business. This role leverages analytics and data modeling to identify opportunities, support targeted engagement, and improve acquisition performance.You will partner with cross-functional teams to manage CRM data, assess conversion performance, and apply predictive insights, while integrating external data sources to enhance customer intelligence and support global growth and retention.Responsibilities:Partner with Commercial teams to design and implement customer segmentation, profiling, and journey mapping frameworks to enhance understanding of guest behaviours and preferencesAnalyze guest journeys, repeat visitation, and engagement patterns to identify opportunities for loyalty and personalizationDevelop models for value, retention, churn prediction and behavioural clustering. Provide insights that inform segmentation and tagging for our downstream platforms, content personalization, and service enhancementsDesign and lead Aman’s data-driven lead generation and scoring strategyIdentify prospect segments through data modeling, clustering and behavioural analysisDevelop KPIs and dashboards to track lead quality, pipeline progression, and conversion performanceOversee enrichment of internal CRM data with external data sources, ensuring data is supportive of the brand’s missionPartner with Marketing to align campaign efforts with goalsDevelop standardized reporting frameworks for lead generation and conversion performanceLead and mentor analysts supporting lead analytics, ensuring analytical accuracy, storytelling quality, and alignment with departmental standardsDrive adoption of analytics-driven decision-making across the Sales organizationStay informed on best practices in lead analytics, CRM optimization, and real estate data intelligenceRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Economics, or Business; Master’s degree preferred8-10 years of experience in lead generation analytics, CRM performance, or customer analytics ideally within luxury real estate, hospitality, or private client sectorsExpertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead scoring modelsDemonstrated expertise in customer segmentation, retention analysis, and LTV modelingExperience sourcing, integrating, and enriching internal datasets with external data sources (e.g., Knight Frank, Wealth-X, Savills, demographic or investment datasets)Strong proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau); experience with predictive modeling (Python, R) a plusProven experience in pipeline analysis, conversion funnel reporting, and sales performance trackingStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, particularly across Sales and Marketing functionsBenefitsAt Aman Group, we believe our colleagues are at the core of our success.
