Business Development Manager Red Hat (m/w/d) role at TD SYNNEX DACH. Location: Switzerland (focus on Suisse Romandie region).
Your Responsibilities
 * Act as a trusted advisor for our business partners, focusing on Red Hat Enterprise Software solutions including Enterprise Linux, OpenShift, and the Ansible Automation Platform
 * Support partners in leveraging the full potential of Red Hat technologies to market and grow their offerings successfully
 * Manage all phases of the sales cycle, combining technical expertise with sales acumen
 * Stay up to date on the latest Red Hat innovations and drive ongoing education and enablement for partners
 * Play a key role in advancing the digital transformation journeys of our partners
 * Collaborate closely with internal teams to expand our footprint and build strategic relationships in Suisse Romandie
Your Profile
 * Completed vocational training (retail/business administration) and several years of experience in sales or technical roles – ideally supplemented by training in marketing or business economics
 * Solid understanding of IT distribution and preferably experience in Open Source and hybrid cloud technologies or Red Hat solutions such as Red Hat OpenShift, Ansible Automation, cloud platforms, orchestration, or virtualization
 * Ability to think strategically, set priorities, and stay focused—even when things get hectic
 * Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer interaction and vendor relations
 * Fluent in French and English – German is a clear plus
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP or ERP system experience is a plus
