A day in the life of...
The Web Coordinator Digital Project Manager manages and supports the digital program for Nestlé businesses and/or markets to ensure that the goals of the digital program are accomplished. The Web Coordinator Digital Project Manager is the main interface between the business, the markets, the agencies (creative, UX, SEO, content, etc.), Nestlé IT, and the rest of the Websites and Search team. The Web Coordinator Digital Project Manager takes ownership of the website's success and acts as an extension of the business team.
· Execute website and content management related tasks assigned via ticketing tool, including light front-end coding activities with high agreed quality and First-Time-Right
· Create and maintain Standard Operating procedures and documentation
· Create front-end and content performance reports with actionable recommendations based on agreed KPIs and business objectives
· Implement recommendations upon business approval
· Execute website content optimization related tasks assigned via ticketing tool, leveraging global tool set within agreed quality and First-Time-Right
· Organize and run training with Nestlé internal and external third parties on selected topics
· Implement basic SEO improvements via CMS or other global tools
What will make you successful
· University degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Technologies, or related fields.
· Excellent speaking, writing, and editing skills in English.
· Hands-on experience in website project management with multiple stakeholders (at least 3 years).
· Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and partners located around the world.
· Highly proactive, motivated, and innovative thinkers, with the ability and willingness to share knowledge with peers.
· A team-oriented mentality and attitude, approaching work with empathy, enthusiasm, ownership, responsibility, adaptability, balance, and resilience.
· Proven track record of meeting deliverable requirements, service level agreements, and specific targets.
· Excellent communication skills across various platforms (team collaboration, calls, chat, email, tickets, etc.) with prompt response times.
· The ability to manage both speed and quality effectively, ensuring thorough content quality assurance (QA) is conducted before publishing to live, thereby maintaining high standards of accuracy and relevance.
· Hands-on experience with content management systems (preferably Magento 2, Drupal 7 and 8 or Shopify), SEO, and analytics tools (at least 3 years).
· Solid understanding of analytics and content optimization concepts and tools (Google Marketing Platform, Google Optimize).
· Strong understanding of SEO concepts and tools (BrightEdge, SEMrush, Screaming frog, etc.).
· Good understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
· Ability to work with ticketing and workflow tools (SharePoint, JIRA, Monday.com, etc.).
· Experience working in a corporate and multicultural environment.
· At least 1 year of experience managing (overseeing) a team from a project lead perspective.
