Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled electrical engineer to provide exceptional customer service in the renewable energy industry. Experience in eMobility is not mandatory if you have a passion for innovation and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities Perform service activities for Grid eMotion Flash or Fleet projects, from commissioning to troubleshooting, remotely or on-site.
Identify and resolve technical issues during commissioning and troubleshooting.
Provide detailed technical reports and documentation to customers and stakeholders.
Train customers on preventive and corrective maintenance, and establish documentation.
Support the Technical Product Owner with feedback and solutions, and participate in quality troubleshooting activities.
Plan, design, and implement retrofits to upgrade existing projects to meet evolving needs.
Collaborate with customers to assess requirements and develop retrofit solutions.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience, including site commissioning.
Knowledge of drives, automation, and PLC software is beneficial.
Experience in protection, controls, and power electronics for troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills in English and French.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally (30-40%).
