We are located at General-Guisan-Quai 40, 8022 Zürich.To further strengthen our team, we are looking for you as IT Field Support (f/m/d) 100% on-site. We offer a routine job, opportunity to further develop IT field support.Find below more information about the role and what expertise you ideally bring.**Responsibilities*** Provide comprehensive IT field support of the end user community* Offer dedicated support to VIPs in Zurich and their personal assistants* Adhere to the Incident- and Request Fulfilment processes, consistently update tickets until issues are resolved, conduct in-depth second-line investigations and diagnosis, manage the hardware repair process in coordination with the IT Service Desk, facilitate the monthly onboarding and offboarding of employees, and ensure proper setup and maintenance of IT equipment, including PC staging.* Maintain and administer the hardware inventory, ensuring it is current and accurate* Uphold all safety protocols and ensure the strict confidentiality of information**Experience*** Foundational IT education or experience as a career changer in IT* Excellent interpersonal abilities with a talent to interact with users in a calm and polite manner* A solid understanding of customer satisfaction principles and best practices* Technical support capabilities with Microsoft M365, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint and OneDrive* Strong organizational and time management abilities* Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills* Maintain effective performance under pressure* Prior experience in creating technical support documentation will be an asset* Strong communications skills, both in written and speaking* Fluency in English and German (with French being a plus) in both spoken and written forms**Your benefits** We help our employees shape their professional development and their private life to their best advantage, throughout all phases of their life.
