As a Customer Success Manager / Account Manager (70%-100%), you play a key role in the development of our business in the Romandy region. You leverage your business acumen, your talent, and your knowledge of collections to persuade, support, and retain clients. Customer Success Manager / Account Manager (70%-100%) Your missions:- Develop our presence in Romandy and acquire new B2B clients.- Convince finance departments to adopt our cloud solution.- Lead targeted sales campaigns to generate new opportunities and expand your portfolio.- Conduct demonstrations of our solution (online and at client sites) for prospects.- Ensure onboarding and support for new clients.- Assist clients in their operations and contribute to their long-term success.- Collect client feedback, address it and/or forward it to the relevant teams.- Report market and client needs, and contribute to their integration into our product pipeline.
