Highly motivated and driven professionals are sought after for the role of Project Lead. This position involves overseeing the design, execution, and hand-over of CAPEX investment projects in Visp Shared Infrastructure areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all pertinent safety policies, rules, and regulations.
The Project Charter, including scope of work, goals, and deliverables, must be established together with relevant site level senior management and stakeholders. Regular engineering and project control reviews will be conducted to ensure that the project execution is on track (safety, quality, cost & schedule) and to identify remedial action(s) in case of any deviation from project objectives.
In this role, you will define and implement overall project resources (internal and external) and provide daily leadership. Ensuring the implementation of state-of-the-art technical solutions and compliance with internal and external quality, safety, and ecology standards is also a key responsibility.
To succeed in this position, candidates should possess a degree in engineering (Mechanical, Process Engineering or equivalent), have successful project management and leadership experience on major investment projects in an international environment, and demonstrate proficient English and German language skills.
