You will provide support to a team consisting of Client Advisors in all facets of the daily business routine, while maintaining awareness of and sensitivity to the confidential nature of Private Banking clients. This role will include client communication. You will work in a team-oriented environment with client advisors, client service specialists, integrated team members, operations, and technology teams to fulfill requests. You should be passionate about client service and will use communication and relationship management skills to ensure an exceptional level of client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities Monitor client accounts and assist with daily account administration.
Support Client Advisors in Know-Your-Client documentation and processes and Suitability assessments and reporting.
Assist in the account opening process and internal preparation to facilitate subsequent investments.
Advisory and brokerage accounts trade execution and daily control over trade settlement.
Liaise with Operations, Client Service Specialists, Supervisory Management, Risk Management, and Investor Support teams.
Support Business Analysts in preparing, reviewing, and approving Investment Performance review presentations for Investors to deliver to clients. Assist in the development of marketing pitches and investment ideas presentations. Prepare and review prospect/banking products pitches.
Maintain risk management monitoring of the portfolios for investment purposes, regulatory purposes, and other compliance issues.
Internal account maintenance and coverage management, as well as internal financial reports.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills University degree, preferably in finance, law, or business related subject (or equivalent).
PowerPoint and Excel expertise required.
Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
Self-starter, extremely organized, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
