Global Consumer & Market Insights Intern (m/f/d) 100%
The role
* Actively contribute to the development and execution of consumer insights and marketing research projects.
* Collaborate closely with various departments at Weleda, gaining valuable insights into consumer research, market trends, brand management, and product development.
* Extract, analyze, and interpret performance data from internal databases.
* Work alongside Weleda's global markets and external research partners, fostering international collaboration and expertise.
* Conduct trend scouting to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the beauty and natural cosmetics industry using platforms like Mintel, Euromonitor, and social listening tools.
* Support the planning, execution, and analysis of primary market research projects in collaboration with external research partners.
* Prepare decision-making materials, including presentations, Excel reports, and graphics, for senior management.
* Assist in the creation and coordination of internal consumer insights reports.
* Help organize workshops, meetings, and events focused on consumer insights and market trends.
Your profile
* Final-year student or graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field.
* Initial practical experience in marketing or market research, ideally within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector or an agency environment, is a plus.
* A high level of creativity paired with strong business acumen and the ability to interpret performance metrics.
* Strong motivation to learn, a proactive working style, and a passion for trends, consumer behavior, and marketing strategies.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Outstanding communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Solid project management skills and a structured, organized approach to work.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Comfortable working in a global setting with fluency in English and German; additional languages are an advantage.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
