What you will do
* Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach (mostly calls)
* Research target accounts (mostly in finance, insurance, and healthcare) to personalise your approach
* Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, representing Hyperio's brand and value
* Book discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to the sales team
* Keep our CRM up to date with activity, notes, and next steps
* Share feedback from the market to help sharpen our messaging and positioning
What we are looking for
* No prior sales experience required, curiosity and drive matter more
* Fluent in German, Swiss German, and English (French or Italian is a plus)
* Comfortable picking up the phone and talking to strangers
* Organised, self‑motivated, and able to manage your own work
* Genuine interest in technology and how businesses use it
