The role of E-commerce merchandise planner is responsible for owning the merchandise planning process for selected product lines. The goal is to maximize sales by optimizing product mix and inventory levels in line with agreed targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with the e-commerce buying and merchandising team to develop strategies that maximize business opportunities and minimize inventory liability risk.
">
* Develop analytical assortment strategies based on historical performance and future trends.
">
* Collaborate with the buying team to ensure the right products are available at the right time, based on historical sales data and current trends.
">
* In-season replenishment of best-sellers to avoid missed sales opportunities.
">
* Cultivate relationships with retail planning teams to drive stock transfers and markdown strategies.
">
* Monitor performance and stock levels weekly, updating the planning system with revised forecasts for assigned product lines.
">
* Analyze business performance with buyers, taking necessary actions to maximize sales opportunities and identify potential stock issues.
">
* Forecast and select assortments for periodical product shipments to marketplace partners.
">
* Produce periodic analysis on e-commerce KPIs (sales, returns, markdowns, traffic, conversion, AOV) to monitor e-commerce performance and develop seasonal/annual strategies.
">
* Conduct analysis of different e-commerce channel performance (own website/marketplaces), identifying analogies and differences to highlight business opportunities and best practices.
">
* Take a proactive role in improving or enhancing the e-commerce planning process at a strategic level.
">
* Propose developments of new planning systems.

Requirements
">
">
* At least 2 years of experience in a retail/e-commerce merchandising planning position at a fast-paced retail company.
">
* Strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills, as well as a proactive retail approach.
">
* Dynamic individual with foresight and knowledge to improve/simplify challenges across the planning process.
">
* Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in spreadsheet analyses to facilitate quantitative and qualitative business insights from data.
">
* Possess sound fashion product and commercial acumen, as well as a genuine interest in the retail market.
">
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving dynamic retail environment, tenacity to overcome people or process obstacles, and confidence to influence and engage at all levels.

* Language: Fluent in English.
