PpWe are looking for a Strategy and Transformation Consultant in Intelligent Industry to deliver workstreams at the intersection of Business Strategy and AI Technology, focusing on Agentic AI and AI-driven workflow automation for leading Swiss and international clients. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuild high level strategies and actionable AI solutions and Proof of Concept to demonstrate business value. /li liDesign, build, and deploy AI agents that leverage client data to orchestrate workflows, automate decision-making, and enable scalable intelligent operations. /li liTranslate business requirements into technical architectures and prototypes, enabling clients to move from AI experimentation to production-ready solutions. /li /ul h3Your Typical Activities With Clients Will Include /h3 ul liAnalyzing client processes and data landscapes to identify high-impact AI agent use cases aligned with strategic priorities. /li liDesigning and basic programming of AI agents that autonomously execute tasks, integrate systems, and augment human decision-making. /li liBuilding proof‑of‑value prototypes using client data, validating technical feasibility, scalability, and business value. /li liFacilitating workshops with business and IT stakeholders to define agent architectures, governance models, and responsible AI guardrails. /li liContributing to the development of assets and for Agentic AI across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other core Business Processes. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liFirst experience in GenAI engineering, software development. /li liPrevious experience or internship in management consulting is an advantage. /li liPractical experience in designing and programming AI solutions. /li liAbility to translate strategic business discussions into concrete technical implementation details. /li liEntrepreneurial mindset, solution-oriented, and highly motivated. /li liStrong communication skills. /li liExcellent command of written and spoken English. /li liGerman is mandatory at business‑proficient level (C1). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
