For our Zurich/Geneva location, we seek a Quality Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities:
* Maintain Healthcare GDP and conduct risk assessments.
* Collaborate with the central QHSE team to structure the integrated management system.
* Maintain management systems related to quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and energy.
* Plan, implement, and follow up on internal and external audits of areas and processes.
* Analyze processes and optimize risk analyses related to products.
* Handle non-conformities and drive continuous improvements via the PDCA cycle.
* Improve process quality and serve as a contact point for quality management, environmental protection, health and safety, and energy (EN ISO 9001, GDP).
* Create statistics for key figures and support supplier evaluations related to QHSE services.
* Plan and conduct training measures, support occupational safety meetings, workplace inspections, risk assessments, and track work and commuting accidents.
Qualifications and Skills We Seek:
* QM qualification or relevant professional experience in a similar role.
* Audit experience and knowledge of quality management systems.
* Experience with EN ISO 9001, GDP, and TAPA is advantageous.
* Excellent written and spoken English skills.
* Structured, strategic, goal- and solution-oriented work approach.
* Strong customer and service focus, independent thinking, decision-making skills.
* Healthcare sector background is a plus but not mandatory.
* Training as an auditor is preferred.
* Experience in air and sea freight logistics.
