We also offer asset management services and investment strategies through Lombard Odier Investment Managers and provide advanced banking technology to other financial institutions."Business Manager – Platform Delivery & Client Engagement (80–100%)Lombard Odier provides its proprietary private‐banking platform to a growing number of external institutions via an ITO/BPO model. Banking Platform Services (BPS) acts as the central interface with these Partner Banks, coordinating platform delivery, change management, and service operations.To strengthen our operating model, we are looking for a Business Manager dedicated to enhancing our processes, standardizing client‐engagement practices, and implementing the tools that allow us to manage the change roadmap, service cases, and governance frameworks effectively.Define, standardize, and continuously improve processes across BPS (change management, case management, governance, reporting).Implement and maintain best‐in‐class tooling for client‐relationship workflows, including roadmap oversight, demand intake, service‐management cases, KPIs, and dashboards.Work closely with Client Platform Advisors and Relationship Managers to ensure consistent client experience and delivery quality across all Partner Banks.Lead internal projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency, transparency, and scalability.Drive documentation standards and support internal knowledge‐management practices.University degree in business, technology, operations, or a related field.~5+ years' experience in consulting, business- or project management in financial services or technology.~ Experience with service‐management or project‐management solutions (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, PowerBI, etc.).~ Fluency in French and English.~ We firmly believe that building Diverse Teams contributes to our successes and to deliver on this, we actively embed Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in our business strategy.
