Responsibilities
* Oversee assembly and ensure quality on the site.
* Coordinate teams of up to 10 members for project success.
* Organize logistics to ensure smooth construction operations.
* Carry out demanding timber construction projects to ensure the work is completed on time.
* Report to project management and support acceptance inspections.
Qualifications
* Completed training as a carpenter and further education as a foreman or construction manager.
* At least 3 years of leadership experience in timber construction.
* Strong communication skills and assertiveness.
* Familiarity with digital tools for construction site management.
