We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage daily trade finance and banking operations. This role involves maintaining cash flow, overseeing bank accounts, preparing financial reports, and managing foreign exchange transactions. The role also involves coordinating with banks, handling shipping documentations, ensuring timely payments, and monitoring the status of shipments. Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance financial objectives with liquidity and risk management are essential.

* Reports to: Treasury Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
* Processing and tracking of banking documents (doc collections, payments, shipping instructions).
* Coordination with banks for fund releases and payment follow-up.
* Monitoring of shipments and updating estimated arrival times (ETA).
* Update of shipments based on received shipment declarations and internal status updates.
* Management and follow-up of client payments.
* Daily monitoring and updating of cash flow and bank accounts.
* Preparation of weekly and on-demand financial reports.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
* 1 to 3 years of experience in treasury, banking, or finance.
* Experience related to trade finance and foreign exchange transactions is an advantage.
* Excellent attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills
* Strong Integrity, confidentiality and reliability.
* Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and work effectively in a team environment.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changes in a fast-paced trading environment.
* Familiarity with financial software and tools such as Treasury Management System (TMS), Excel, or other accounting systems.
* Fluent in French and English
