What You’ll Be Doing
From day one, you’ll be at the heart of product innovation:
Lead the development of new projects, defining both technical and functional specifications.
Design and build PLC software using structured, standardised templates.
Take ownership of technical documentation, including bills of materials, manuals, and data sheets.
Drive detailed engineering development, identifying optimal components and manufacturing solutions.
Collaborate closely with engineers, technicians, and clients to evaluate and refine prototypes.
Support testing, simulations, and lab analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Provide expert technical support and continuously enhance product performance and cost efficiency.
Keep software and systems up to date with the latest technologies and feedback loops .
Stay ahead of the curve by tracking emerging regulations and innovations .

Passion for automation, PLC programming, and product development
Ideally someone with experience in PLC Siemens
Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
