Job Description
Join our team in building the next generation of environmental data & decision making. In this role, you will support, coach & manage engineers throughout their path as individual contributors to our goals. You'll maximise their performance, grow their skillset & ensure their wellbeing. On a team level, you'll foster a culture of ownership, initiative & high performance. In addition, you'll contribute to our product & engineering vision and execute on the strategy with the product team & executive leadership. You will work across the organisation with experts in academia, engineering, commercial, strategic, communication & people to maximise our positive impact.
The ideal candidate brings strong interpersonal skills, vast software engineering & leadership experience in a nimble environment.

What you bring:
* You have built products as a software engineer in multidisciplinary product teams
* You have experience with all elements of the software development lifecycle
* You have experience leading teams and building a cohesive culture
* You have experience with change management
* You can facilitate a workshop or difficult decision meeting
* You are open minded, you listen, understand, discuss and find solutions
* You communicate effectively in English both online & offline, written & spoken
* You are curious and eager to learn
* You are analytical and creative
* You can give and receive feedback
