Role Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and strategically minded Finance Transformation Manager to join our European team based in Switzerland, supporting the VP Finance Europe in driving a comprehensive transformation agenda across the region. In this high-impact role, you will play a key part in embedding standardized processes, strengthening governance frameworks, and enhancing KPI transparency to enable more informed, data-driven decision-making. You will also champion the effective use and optimisation of finance systems, ensuring they support scalable, efficient operations across a complex international landscape. Please note this is a permanent position offered on a hybrid basis based from our Rotkreuz office.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Draft, implement and embed Europe-wide finance process improvements, policies and operating standards across entities and regions
* Support the VP Finance Europe in translating finance strategy into practical governance, controls, reporting routines and cross-country execution plans
* Develop and improve the KPI landscape, including definitions, ownership, reporting logic and linkages to key business value drivers
* Partner with regional finance teams to identify process gaps, harmonize ways of working and drive consistent application of group finance policies
* Act as a key finance stakeholder in ERP and finance systems improvement initiatives, ensuring processes, controls, reporting needs and data structures are properly reflected
* Support system enhancement projects, including requirements definition, testing, rollout, change management and post-implementation process stabilization
* Prepare concise management updates, decision papers and transformation roadmaps for finance leadership
General Skills
* Strong finance background, ideally in finance-related consulting, FP&A, controlling, accounting or finance transformation
* Experience with ERP systems, consolidation/reporting tools and finance process improvement
* Able to combine process discipline with commercial understanding and KPI-driven performance management
* Strong stakeholder management across countries, functions and seniority levels
* Structured, hands-on and capable of turning broad transformation topics into executable actions
