The opportunity
In Mobility, we help our clients manage the complex compliance, reporting and risks inherent in deploying a globally mobile workforce. As part of the global team, this group benefits from strategic investment in a number of its businesses and forecasts significant growth in the short to medium term.
As a Manager, you will lead and contribute to high-impact advisory projects, such as business traveler compliance, equity-based compensation strategies, and mobility technology solutions, ensuring technical excellence and a practical, business-driven approach. You will manage project teams, maintain strong client relationships, and provide strategic, actionable insights tailored to client needs. Your role will involve staying abreast of industry trends, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering high-quality, accurate solutions that align with clients' strategic goals.

Skills and attributes for success
* A recognized diploma in Law, Economics or equivalent, with a good understanding of international mobility topics
* 5 to 7 years of experience in an International Mobility, Mobility Consulting or similar role
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of efficiency
* High degree of flexibility, adapt to changing client and stakeholders needs, and ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment
* Keen attention to detail, ensuring all work is completed with a commitment to high quality and accuracy, and adhering to professional standards
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
* Proactive team player with excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with colleagues and clients
