Responsibilities Conduct horizon scanning, trend monitoring, and technology scouting to identify opportunities. Support creation of technology radars, foresight reports, and scenario planning exercises. Contribute foresight inputs into Omya's Horizon 3 portfolio and early innovation pipeline. Prepare reports and presentations that guide senior management decision-making. Facilitate foresight and ideation workshops that spark new ways of thinking. Build networks with universities, think tanks, foresight institutes, and innovation partners. Represent Omya at foresight-related external forums. Team player with business acumen and a passion for innovation. Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
