Responsibilities
* Advise customers on shoes, ski, and mountain sports gear.
* Maintain and create an appealing sales area atmosphere.
* Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and experiences.
* Assist with goods flow and inventory management.
* Help design and maintain the presentation of the sales area.
* Support customers in connecting with nature, providing a memorable experience.
Qualifications
* Retail training or experience (EFZ preferred; career changers welcome).
* Product knowledge in shoes, skis, and mountain equipment.
* Excellent communication skills in German and English (at least level C1).
* Team player with open listening skills.
* Flexible availability, including Saturdays and Sundays.
* Experience with IT tools such as MS Office and Business Central.
Offer
Position: Sales Consultant Hard Goods / Shoes, 80 %–100 %.
Start date: 1 June 2026 (or by arrangement).
Location: Yosemite by Transa store, Zermatt.
