Mission
* Provide active support and advice for your team members in your department (Make Up, Skin Care & Hair Care, Fragrance)
* Pass on knowledge about product trends and beauty news
* Lead, coach and develop the team to deliver outstanding customer experience
* Act as a role model in the Sephora Attitude and pass on the Sephora DNA
* Communicate targets clearly and motivate the team to achieve them
* Complete merchandise management from receipt to proper storage, write‑offs, returns and tester management
* Collaborate on Visual Merchandising brand updates and in‑store animations
* Responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales targets
Experience & Skills
* Experience in retail and team leadership, ideally in a premium or service‑oriented environment
* At least 3 years of professional experience
* Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store operations
* Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends
* Fluent in English or native language of the country
