ISS STOXX is seeking an Events Manager to join our EMEA marketing team. This role will initially dedicate approximately 70% of time to managing and executing marketing events across the region, gradually expanding into broader marketing responsibilities during off‑peak seasons. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and German, with proficiency in a third European language considered a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events across EMEA, including logistics, vendor management, branding, and post‑event reporting.
Marketing Support: Assist in campaign execution, content creation, and digital marketing activities during non‑event periods.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Project Management: Maintain timelines, budgets, and documentation for marketing activities.
Multilingual Communication: Support localization of marketing materials and communications across multiple languages.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event coordination or generalist roles.
Fluent in German and English; proficiency in a third European language is a plus.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams in a multicultural environment.
Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Illustrator, CMS systems) is an advantage.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with AI tools to support event communications, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
