Your Role
We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Global Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program. You’ll get to:
* Develop and improve key risk indicators in our Global Wealth Management franchise across all booking locations to help the front and control functions identify, manage, and mitigate non‑financial risks.
* Analyze data, business processes and requirements.
* Build state-of-the-art dashboards and risk scoring solutions.
* Collaborate with different teams on strategic projects aimed at improving client experience and driving engagement.
* Build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy while learning how we operate to meet clients' needs.
* Develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts.
* Attend educational events led by senior leaders that provide extensive exposure and insight into the business.
Your Expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
* Has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date.
* Has excellent English (written and oral).
* Has knowledge and interest in data analytics.
* Has experience working with Python, SQL, Excel, etc.
* Has knowledge and interest in business, accounting, and finance.
* Values align with ours: hard‑working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative.
* Is an independent and holistic thinker, able to derive conclusions based on own reasoning.
* Can challenge the business, processes, and data analytics results and support this ability with precise, constructive communication.
* Is perseverant, drilling through challenging tasks.
* Can focus and tackle tough problems from multiple angles without distraction.
* Is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.
