Key responsibilities:
 * Develop, implement, and manage the commissioning plan, including project commissioning implementation plans, witnessing schedules, asset trackers, issue logs, and training plans.
 * Coordinate and oversee all commissioning activities with mechanical and electrical leads, covering equipment power-on, start-up, and functional testing.
 * Provide regular progress updates and reports to the Project Manager, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with project requirements and safety standards.
 * Lead commissioning meetings with stakeholders to review progress, resolve issues, and align on milestones.
 * Manage client relationships, ensuring all commissioning activities meet performance objectives and support system verification and smooth handover.
 * Ensure all commissioning documentation is complete and approved at each stage, promoting best practices, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications/Experience:
 * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or related technical discipline).
 * Minimum 5 years' experience in commissioning management within the construction industry, ideally on large-scale projects (data centers, life sciences, etc.).
 * Strong technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, and building automation systems (BMS).
 * Solid knowledge of Swiss and international building standards (ASHRAE, SIA, VKF, Suva).
 * Proficient with commissioning software tools and interpreting engineering drawings, test protocols, and system integration procedures.
 * Fluent in German and English.
 * Proactive, solution-focused, and hands-on workstyle with strong coordination and communication skills.
