MSC Procurement & Logistics is seeking a proactive intern to support our F&B Operations Director in daily administrative activities and organisation.
During this internship, the trainee will have the opportunity to develop a range of professional skills that will be fundamental to their growth and career development.
Specifically :
* Administrative management : learn best practices for managing daily administrative activities, including handling communications and schedules.
* Document preparation : gain skills in drafting official documents, reports, and presentations, which are essential for any executive assistant role.
* Project organisation : acquire skills in managing and monitoring projects from planning to execution.
* Organisational skills : improve your organizational skills, learning to manage time and priorities efficiently.
* Communication skills : develop excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, through daily interactions with various departments and the executive office.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Handling email and phone correspondence.
* Document filing.
* Supporting the management of the agenda and scheduling meetings as requested by the F&B Operations Director.
* Assisting in organising business trips for the F&B Operations Director.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good team-working attitude.
* Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
