Your role
We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Global Markets Graduate Talent Program.
* oversee all aspects of market microstructure and execution services for exchange traded derivatives in various asset classes.
* communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to provide best in class solutions
* drive innovation through idea generation and close collaboration with sales teams, developers and clients
* contribute to the automation strategy for listed derivatives, enabling future growth and efficiency
Your team
You’ll be working in our Global Markets business. We advise clients and do everything that’s needed to buy and sell securities for them from start to finish. We work with hedge funds, pension funds, asset managers and family offices to provide coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing services.
You will be working in our Global Markets Exchange Traded Derivatives team. Our team plays a pivotal role in delivering innovation, execution services and tail-mode market access for listed derivatives. We collaborate closely with principal trading teams, clearing sales, clients, developers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution, while maintaining rigorous control standards. As leaders in the market, we continuously advance our business processes to drive efficiency and future growth.
Your expertise
* has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date, preferably in banking and finance or economics.
* has excellent English (written and oral), fluency in German, French and/or Italian preferred
* has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
