What awaits you: Leadership and Customer Service
Lead and develop our customer service team, addressing escalations and ensuring resource planning, training, and annual reviews.
Maintain U.S. operating hours, coordinate with global leaders, and implement SOPs to standardize processes.
Establish performance metrics and oversee training for internal and external partners.
Logistics and Inventory Management
Manage logistics, including warehousing, distribution, and inventory control, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs while monitoring transport and depot performance.
Oversee inventory processes, exchanges, spare parts management, and set distribution, ensuring QMS compliance and accurate ERP data.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the healthcare or medical field.
Proven experience in process improvement and 3PL management.
Proficiency in logistics software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in healthcare logistics.
Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent is a plus.
Office-based role with occasional travel to warehouses, 3PL sites, and customer locations as needed.
