About the Role
Explora Journeys, a luxury travel brand within MSC Group, seeks a Digital Platforms Manager based in Geneva. The role will lead the strategy, development, and deployment of our travel app and digital guest area.
Your Impact
* Lead the strategy of the EJ guest area including My Explora and the travel app.
* Design and lead the development of the new app.
* Define and maintain the guest area strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
* Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for platform management.
* Identify opportunities for platform innovation, optimization, and new capabilities.
* Document product features and create user stories.
* Translate complex technical requirements into actionable product specifications.
* Communicate with cross‑functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders.
* Support the testing and release processes for new product updates.
* Spot, report, and follow the resolution & correction of bugs.
* Monitor product performance metrics and make data‑driven decisions.
* Define KPIs and dashboards to track platform success.
Your Journey so far
* Minimum 8–10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury or luxury hospitality/travel industry.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or related field.
* Experience managing web platforms, mobile apps, or enterprise digital ecosystems.
Your Essentials
* Personal accountability to deliver with excellence.
* Structured, well organized, and able to navigate a matrix organization.
* Strong knowledge of the digital project lifecycle, especially for complex or highly technical products.
* Fast learner and tech‑savvy.
* Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager – a plus.
* Fluent in English.
