Job Title: Business Development Representative - Growth Specialist
Sales Opportunity:
We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative to join our fast-growing IT sales team in the Zug area. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with experience in B2B sales in the IT industry, fluent in English, and eager to grow with a Swiss tech company.
The successful candidate will identify and acquire new B2B clients in the IT industry across the DACH region, drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, build strong, lasting relationships with prospects and clients, collaborate with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to align goals and offers, and maintain CRM records and report progress to the Head of Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and acquire new B2B clients in the IT industry across the DACH region
* Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
* Build strong, lasting relationships with prospects and clients
* Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to align goals and offers
* Maintain CRM records and report progress to the Head of Sales
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B IT sales (required)
* Proven track record of client acquisition and deal closing
* Knowledge of the Swiss or German-speaking tech market
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
* Self-driven, structured, and able to work independently
