Position Description: Procurement Analyst – Contingent Pipeline Opportunity – We’re building a talent pipeline for upcoming U.S. Government defense IT and analytics support roles. Opportunities are contingent upon task order awards and funding under existing contracts.
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
* Track procurement activities and expenditures across assigned efforts
* Support the full procurement cycle from request through closeout
* Monitor purchase orders and ensure alignment with budget and program needs
* Analyze procurement data and develop cost forecasts
* Track performance metrics and identify process improvement opportunities
* Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and internal procurement policies
* Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audits
* Support contract analysis and vendor performance tracking
* Assist with procurement reporting and financial reconciliation
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field OR 4 (four) years of equivalent experience in procurement analysis
* Experience supporting procurement activities in a federal or DoD environment
* Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations
* Experience managing purchase orders and tracking procurement performance
* Experience with cost estimation and financial tracking
* Familiarity with acquisition systems and procurement databases
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Experience supporting procurement audits and compliance reviews
* Experience analyzing procurement data to improve efficiency
* Experience working with financial management or acquisition tools
* Experience supporting multi vendor or complex procurement environments
Certifications
* Required: None
* Preferred: Certified Professional Contracts Manager CPCM, DoD Financial Management Certification
