About The Role
At dormakaba, we are on a journey to transform how data and AI drive our business. We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives that enable smarter decisions and innovation across all global functions. Acting as a bridge between strategic business objectives and execution, you’ll ensure programs deliver measurable impact, align with priorities, and foster a data‑driven culture across the organization.
A JOB THAT MATTERS: Your Responsibilities
* Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of data, analytics, and AI programs – from business case development to successful implementation.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating business strategy into actionable technology roadmaps.
* Define scope, objectives, and success metrics for strategic initiatives in collaboration with business leaders, IT, Data & Analytics teams.
* Maintain a holistic view of the data, analytics & AI portfolio, ensuring timely execution within budget and quality standards.
* Drive prioritization and resource allocation across programs, resolving conflicts and managing dependencies.
* Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
* Support change management and upskilling initiatives to promote a data‑driven culture.
EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: Your Skills
What We Require
* 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, AI, or digital transformation.
* 3-5 years of program or project management experience.
* Proven track record of delivering enterprise‑wide data, analytics or AI programs.
* Strong understanding of data architecture, analytics platforms, and AI technologies.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Familiarity with modern data governance frameworks.
* Fluency in English.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
What We Desire
* PMP Certification.
* Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies.
* German is a strong plus.
