Your key responsibilities Support the Stewarding Manager in overseeing the stewarding operation across all hotel areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation. Act as deputy in the absence of the Stewarding Manager, ensuring continuity of operations and consistent leadership. Lead and coordinate the stewarding team during assigned shifts, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to standard. Assist in staff scheduling and daily workforce planning to ensure effective operational coverage. Ensure the availability and proper handling of equipment and materials for kitchens, service areas, and events. Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth and well-coordinated operations. Monitor stock levels of detergents and consumables, supporting cost control and avoiding shortages. Ensure compliance with HACCP and internal standards, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and organisation.
