About the Role
Lead the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for geospatial risk‑insight products leveraging aerial imagery, AI, and machine learning. Transform R&D initiatives in GenAI, GeoLLM, and Earth observation into high‑impact business solutions. Drive product evolution from prototype to enterprise‑scale solutions integrated with AXA’s global digital platforms. Define and monitor product KPIs, OKRs, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
* Lead the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for geospatial risk‑insight products leveraging aerial imagery, AI, and machine learning.
* Transform R&D initiatives in GenAI, GeoLLM, and Earth observation into high‑impact business solutions.
* Drive product evolution from prototype to enterprise‑scale solutions integrated with AXA’s global digital platforms.
* Define and monitor product KPIs, OKRs, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
* Coordinate complex cross‑functional initiatives across multiple entities, teams, and geographies.
* Manage relationships with internal stakeholders including Underwriting, Risk Consulting, and Digital Commercial Platform teams.
* Lead knowledge transfer sessions, documentation, and adoption programs to ensure seamless product integration.
* Scout, evaluate, and validate cutting‑edge technologies including GenAI, computer vision, and geospatial analytics.
* Conduct comprehensive user research and develop robust business cases for data‑driven decision‑making.
* Identify, assess, and onboard technology vendors for next‑generation solution delivery.
* Stay current with industry trends in InsurTech, AI, and geospatial technologies.
* Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and marketing collateral.
* Advocate internally and externally to drive product adoption and organizational alignment.
* Lead product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for stakeholders.
* Prioritize product backlog and coordinate development efforts with engineering teams.
* Ensure products meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, and performance.
* Guide technical decision‑making while maintaining focus on business value delivery.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field. MBA or equivalent business education highly desirable.
* 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in senior roles.
* Proven track record in B2B SaaS product development and go‑to‑market execution.
* Experience in insurance, financial services, or risk assessment industries preferred.
* Good understanding of AI/ML applications, particularly in computer vision and geospatial analytics.
* Experience with Earth observation data, aerial imagery analysis, and risk assessment methodologies.
* Knowledge of InsurTech trends and digital transformation in insurance.
* Understanding of commercial property underwriting and risk consulting processes.
* High leadership skills with experience leading cross‑functional, multicultural teams.
* Outstanding stakeholder management abilities across technical and business domains.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French (German is a plus).
* Experience in change management and driving organizational adoption of new technologies.
* Demonstrated expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development frameworks.
* Strong experience with OKR and KPI definition, monitoring, and reporting.
* Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
* Track record of delivering products from conception to market launch.
* Experience with enterprise platform migrations and integrations.
Preferred
* Certifications in product management (CSPO, CPM) or project management (PMP, Prince2).
* Experience with digital transformation initiatives in large enterprises.
* Track record of building products that leverage satellite imagery or drone technology.
* Knowledge of Swiss business environment and regulatory landscape.
* Experience with crisis management and business continuity planning.
